Is there a contract?
Website Only is a one-time purchase, no contract. Market Lock has a 6-month minimum commitment. After 6 months, it's month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
What's the total charged on day one?
For Website Only it's $750 once. For Market Lock it's $2,250 — that's the $1,500 setup plus your first month of $750. Then you're billed $750 on the same day each month.
How does the asymmetric keyword strategy work?
Most contractor websites get built around the same obvious keywords — "plumber [your town]" — that fifty other businesses are also fighting for. We don't waste your money on that fight. We research the high-intent local searches your competitors are missing (emergency queries, neighborhood-specific searches, question-form queries) and architect your site to capture them. Can I pause or cancel Market Lock?
After your 6-month minimum, you can cancel anytime from your customer portal. Your site, content, and domain stay yours.
What if I want to upgrade from Website Only to Market Lock later?
Email us. You pay the difference in setup plus start the $750/month from upgrade date.
How does the territorial exclusivity work?
When you sign Market Lock, we lock your trade and town from any competitor signing with us. Defined as a 10-mile radius around your primary business address, or specific ZIP codes if you prefer. It's in your service agreement.
