1. Services

LeadTrade builds and operates websites, lead capture, online booking, and customer messaging systems for trade businesses. Services are provided under a separate written agreement with each client.

2. SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile number on a LeadTrade form, or on a website LeadTrade operates on behalf of a client business, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry, your appointment, or the service you requested. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at ansel@leadtrade.boston or 774-209-6798.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of business information they provide and for obtaining valid consent from their own customers before those customers are contacted.

4. Limitation of liability

LeadTrade does not guarantee search rankings, lead volume, or business outcomes. Services are provided as described in the applicable client agreement.

5. Changes to these terms

Terms may be updated; the current version is always the one posted at this URL.
